The access period begins when course access is activated.
Course access is personal to the customer and is associated with the customer’s user account.
The customer is responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of their login details;
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping their email address accessible;
- preventing unauthorized use of their account.
Login credentials and course access may not be shared with another person unless VIP Day OÜ has expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Technical Requirements
To use the course, the customer normally needs:
- an internet connection;
- a modern web browser;
- a device capable of displaying standard web content;
- a valid email address.
The course is browser-based and does not normally require the installation of special software.
Some examples or exercises may refer to third-party tools, AI services or productivity applications. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing the course does not include paid subscriptions to third-party services.
VIP Day OÜ is not responsible for changes made by third-party software or service providers.
5. Prices
The applicable course price is the price displayed on the website at the time the customer places the order.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR).
The checkout displays the total amount payable before the customer confirms the order.
Any taxes that must be included under applicable law are handled according to the tax rules applicable to the transaction.
VIP Day OÜ may change course prices in the future. A later price change does not affect an order that has already been concluded.
Promotional prices, discount codes and special offers may be subject to separate conditions stated with the relevant promotion.
6. Placing an Order
To purchase the course, the customer:
- selects the course;
- proceeds to checkout;
- provides the required customer and billing information;
- selects an available payment method;
- accepts these Terms & Conditions;
- where immediate digital access is requested, gives the required consent concerning the commencement of digital content delivery;
- confirms the order.
Before confirming the order, the customer has the opportunity to review the order information and total price.
An order creates an obligation to pay.
7. Payment
Payments are processed using Montonio and payment methods made available through the checkout.
Depending on the customer’s location and the payment methods available at the time of purchase, these may include online banking or other payment methods supported by Montonio.
Payment processing may involve Montonio, banks and other relevant payment service providers.
VIP Day OÜ does not receive the customer’s online banking authentication credentials.
The order is considered paid when the payment provider confirms successful payment to the website.
If payment is not successfully completed, VIP Day OÜ is not required to activate course access.
8. Order Confirmation
After a successful order, the customer receives an order confirmation electronically, normally by email.
The confirmation may contain:
- seller information;
- order details;
- amount paid;
- customer information;
- information about course access;
- applicable contractual information;
- confirmation of the customer’s consent concerning immediate digital content delivery where relevant.
The customer should retain the order confirmation for future reference.
9. Delivery of Digital Content
The Modern Time Management course is supplied digitally.
Where the customer requests immediate access, access is normally activated after successful payment has been confirmed and the necessary customer account has been created or identified.
Digital content is considered made available when the customer is given access to the course through their account or another suitable electronic means.
Under Estonian law, digital content or a digital service must generally be supplied immediately after conclusion of the contract unless the parties agree otherwise. Riigi Teataja
10. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers entering into a distance contract generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to exceptions provided by law.
This right and the exception for digital content are described below.
10.1 Before Digital Content Delivery Begins
If the customer is a consumer and the delivery of the digital content has not yet begun in circumstances where the statutory right of withdrawal still applies, the customer may withdraw from the contract within the statutory withdrawal period.
10.2 Immediate Access to Digital Content
During checkout, the customer may be asked to expressly consent to receiving access to the digital course before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
The consent states substantially that the customer:
- requests immediate access to the online course;
- expressly agrees that the supply of digital content may begin before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
- acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the supply of the digital content begins, to the extent provided by applicable law.
Where all legal conditions for the exception are satisfied, the customer loses the statutory right of withdrawal when delivery of the digital content begins.
Estonian law specifically requires prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right for this digital-content exception to apply, and the trader must confirm that consent to the consumer on a durable medium. Riigi Teataja
10.3 If Valid Consent Has Not Been Obtained
Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory consumer right where the conditions required by law for losing that right have not been met.
VIP Day OÜ will not rely on the digital-content exception where the customer retains a mandatory right of withdrawal under applicable law.
11. How to Exercise a Right of Withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the consumer may notify VIP Day OÜ of the decision to withdraw using a clear statement.
A withdrawal request may be submitted using the withdrawal function made available on the website or by contacting:
The notice should contain sufficient information to identify the customer and the relevant order.
From 1 September 2026, Estonian guidance requires online shops to provide a clearly visible online withdrawal function or equivalent functionality for contracts to which a withdrawal right applies. TTJA
This means that before launch we should also create a small Withdrawal / Cancel Contract function or page on the site; Terms & Conditions text alone is not sufficient.
12. Refunds
Where the customer has a statutory right to a refund, VIP Day OÜ will provide the refund in accordance with applicable law.
A customer is not automatically entitled to a refund merely because:
- they did not complete the course;
- they changed their mind after validly losing the statutory right of withdrawal;
- they did not use the course during the access period;
- they expected a particular personal or professional result that was not guaranteed.
This does not limit rights arising from defective or non-conforming digital content.
VIP Day OÜ may also issue discretionary refunds in individual circumstances, but doing so does not create an obligation to issue similar refunds in other cases.
13. Conformity of Digital Content
VIP Day OÜ is responsible for supplying digital content that complies with the contract and applicable consumer law.
The course should correspond to its description and provide the functionality and access reasonably expected on the basis of the information provided at the time of purchase.
Estonian law requires digital content and digital services to conform to contractual requirements, including agreed description, quality, functionality, compatibility and other relevant characteristics. Riigi Teataja
If the course cannot be accessed because of a problem attributable to VIP Day OÜ, the customer should contact:
We will attempt to resolve the problem within a reasonable period.
14. Course Updates and Changes
Modern Time Management covers areas that may change over time, particularly technology, artificial intelligence, software and digital work practices.
VIP Day OÜ may therefore:
- correct errors;
- update examples;
- replace outdated information;
- improve exercises;
- change illustrations;
- update references to software;
- make reasonable changes to the organization or presentation of the course.
Such changes should not materially remove the essential content or functionality that the customer purchased.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Modern Time Management course and website content are protected by intellectual property law.
This includes, where applicable:
- course text;
- exercises;
- diagrams;
- frameworks;
- graphics;
- downloadable materials;
- page designs;
- original teaching materials;
- videos or other media subsequently added to the course.
Purchasing the course gives the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the course for personal learning purposes during the access period.
Purchasing access does not transfer copyright or ownership of the course materials to the customer.
16. Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission from VIP Day OÜ, the customer may not:
- share account credentials;
- provide another person with unauthorized access to the course;
- copy or reproduce substantial parts of the course;
- redistribute course materials;
- upload course materials to another website or platform;
- resell course access;
- publish course materials;
- systematically download or scrape course content;
- use the course to create a substantially copied competing product;
- circumvent access restrictions or security mechanisms.
Reasonable quotations and uses permitted by applicable copyright law are not prohibited.
17. Team and Organizational Use
A normal individual course purchase is intended for one user.
Companies, institutions and teams that want several people to use the course should contact:
Separate pricing or access arrangements may apply to organizational purchases.
18. Educational Nature of the Course
Modern Time Management is an educational course.
The course provides information, frameworks, examples and exercises intended to help customers make better decisions about productivity and time management.
It does not guarantee:
- a specific financial result;
- increased income;
- promotion or employment;
- a particular productivity improvement;
- a specific amount of time saved;
- success in business or education;
- any other particular personal or professional outcome.
Results depend on individual circumstances and how the customer applies the material.
19. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Tools
Parts of the course discuss artificial intelligence, automation and third-party digital tools.
Examples involving such tools are educational examples and do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement that a particular third-party service will remain available, maintain the same functionality or be suitable for every customer.
Customers remain responsible for:
- evaluating third-party services;
- protecting confidential information;
- complying with the terms of services they use;
- checking AI-generated outputs where accuracy matters;
- making their own professional and personal decisions.
20. Availability and Maintenance
VIP Day OÜ aims to keep the website and course reasonably available.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- hosting issues;
- security incidents;
- failures of third-party services;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will seek to restore access without undue delay.
A brief temporary interruption does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
21. Customer Conduct
Customers must not use the website or course in a way that:
- violates applicable law;
- attempts to gain unauthorized access;
- interferes with website security;
- damages the website or its infrastructure;
- distributes malware;
- abuses other users or service providers;
- infringes intellectual property rights.
VIP Day OÜ may suspend access where there is reasonable evidence of serious misuse or unauthorized account sharing.
Before permanently terminating paid access for breach, we will consider the nature and seriousness of the violation and any mandatory rights applicable to the customer.
22. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VIP Day OÜ is not responsible for indirect consequences arising solely from the customer’s individual application or non-application of educational material.
VIP Day OÜ is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party systems outside its reasonable control, but this does not affect any mandatory statutory rights the customer may have against VIP Day OÜ.
These Terms do not limit the mandatory rights of consumers.
23. Complaints
If you have a complaint concerning the course, payment, account or access, please contact:
Please include:
- your name;
- order number if available;
- email address used for the order;
- a clear description of the problem.
We will attempt to resolve complaints directly and within a reasonable period.
24. Consumer Disputes
If a consumer and VIP Day OÜ are unable to resolve a dispute by agreement, the consumer may have the right to submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) operating in Estonia.
Information about consumer rights and dispute resolution is available from the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet – TTJA).
The availability of an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure does not prevent the consumer from exercising the right to bring the matter before a competent court.
25. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
If the customer is a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of any mandatory consumer protection granted by laws that cannot be excluded by agreement and which would otherwise apply.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved by agreement will be handled by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
26. Business Customers
Mandatory consumer protection rules apply to customers who qualify as consumers under applicable law.
Where the customer purchases the course primarily for business or professional purposes and does not qualify as a consumer, consumer-specific rights, including statutory consumer withdrawal rights, may not apply.
27. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Modern Time Management Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains, among other things, the use of:
- WooCommerce;
- Montonio;
- WPForms;
- MailerLite;
- Google Analytics 4;
- Meta Pixel;
- website hosting and related service providers.
28. Changes to These Terms
VIP Day OÜ may update these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to:
- changes in the course;
- changes in website functionality;
- changes in payment or service providers;
- changes in applicable law;
- security requirements;
- other legitimate operational reasons.
The version applicable to an individual purchase is generally the version in effect when that purchase is made, unless a later change must apply because of mandatory law or is expressly agreed with the customer.
The date at the top of this document indicates the latest revision.
